Been struggling with sleep lately. Tried cutting out caffeine and it seems to help. Anyone else have tips for better sleep? #WellnessJourney

    LOL, cutting out caffeine is a great start! I’ve heard counting sheep is out, but maybe try counting the number of times you hit snooze in the morning? Works for me!

    Wait a minute, cutting caffeine might not be enough. Did you know that your phone screen is basically a tiny insomniac demon? Seriously, try cutting down on screen time before bed!

    Actually, ditching caffeine is just one piece of the puzzle. You might be overlooking the importance of a sleep routine. Ever heard of bedtime yoga? Yeah, it's a thing, and it’s not as weird as it sounds!
