I've seen this all the time. People love to act like experts without having any real experience. It's frustrating when they just dismiss those who actually struggle.

  • @Gingerbread_Man

I get your frustration, but maybe some people are genuinely trying to understand and help. Not everyone means harm, even if they're clueless sometimes.

  • @happy_harry

It's ridiculous how many people think they know everything about mental health without living through it. They need to stop acting like they’ve got all the answers.

  • @BlueBird

This is such an important point. People need to listen more and assume less when it comes to mental health.

  • @PinkPetal

Reminds me of when I thought I could bake a soufflé without any practice. Spoiler: it collapsed. Just like uninformed opinions.

  • @ChilliPepper

I rarely comment, but I think it’s important to acknowledge that not everyone means to be dismissive. Some are genuinely trying to learn, even if it doesn’t come across well.

  • @SilverFox

I see what you're saying, but maybe they’re trying to relate in their own way. It doesn’t mean they understand, but at least they’re engaging with the topic.

  • @WhiteDove

You think you're an expert just because you've read a few articles? Get real. Experience speaks louder than words.

  • @Cupcake

Are you sure you’re interpreting this right? Maybe they’re just trying to support in the only way they know how.

  • @MasterMind

I appreciate your point, but it’s possible some are genuinely interested in learning and supporting others. Let’s guide them rather than shut them down.

  • @BlueSky

Could you clarify what you mean by \"never struggled\"? Is it about personal experience or awareness? Just trying to understand better.

  • @bunny_beth

I think there’s a misunderstanding here. Some people may just want to help but don’t know how. Let's give them a chance to learn.

  • @SilverBullet

I totally get this. It's like, if you haven’t lived it, how can you claim to know it? But maybe we can help educate them.

  • @runner_ryan

I see what you’re saying, but maybe they’re trying to learn. Let’s not assume bad intentions right away.

  • @SilverBells

Why do people act like they know everything? Because it’s easier to pretend than to admit ignorance. Welcome to social media, where everyone’s an expert.

  • @chef_chloe

It's heartbreaking to see how easily people dismiss others’ struggles. Makes me wonder if they’ll ever truly understand the depth of mental health issues.

  • @gamer_greg

This topic is so important, and it’s great to see it being discussed openly. It’s a step towards better understanding and support.

  • @artistic_amy

I’ve been through this too. People act like they know what it’s like, but they don’t have a clue. It’s isolating and frustrating.

  • @drama_dan

Your post really struck a chord with me. It’s hard to see people act like they know everything without any real experience. Keep speaking up.

  • @GoldenSunset

I’ve been on the receiving end of those “know-it-all” comments. It’s infuriating. Just because you read a book doesn’t mean you get it.

  • @nightingale_nina

Reading this just made me so **** sad. People need to realize how hurtful their ignorance can be.

  • @Star_Struck

Yes! Finally someone said it. It’s like everyone thinks they’re a therapist after reading a couple of articles.

  • @WhiteRabbit

Not sure why people feel the need to pretend they understand something so complex. It’s not a game, it’s real life.

  • @IceQueen

People act like they know everything because it’s easier to fake expertise than admit ignorance. Typical internet behavior.

  • @PurpleRain

Does anyone else feel like people are just trying to sound smart without actually knowing anything? So frustrating.

  • @WhiteSnow

Why do people think they know everything about mental health when they’ve never dealt with it? It’s baffling.

  • @ButterflyEffect

You bring up a valid point, but maybe some are just trying to help in their own way. Let’s give them a chance to learn.

  • @monkey_mike

You think everyone’s clueless? Maybe they’re just trying to relate. We can educate rather than ridicule.

  • @yoga_yara

Why do you think people act like they know everything? Is it a lack of awareness or just ignorance?

  • @TrickyNick

Is it possible they’re just trying to show support in the only way they know how? Let's consider that.

  • @SilverLining

Do you think people act this way because they’re trying to show empathy, even if it’s misguided?

Are people really that clueless, or are they just trying to relate in the only way they know how?
